Wade Parmer
President & Founder
Wade Parmer is an experienced technology executive with more than 25 years leading high-impact teams across global sales operations, business operations, and technology services. He currently serves as a Country Leader for Global Sales Operations in the Public Sector at Amazon Web Services, where he drives strategy, operational excellence, and the adoption of intelligent sales technologies that support government, education, and nonprofit customers around the world.
Throughout his career, Wade has built and led high-performing teams that modernize systems, optimize revenue operations, and enable organizations to scale with clarity and precision. His work spans global transformation initiatives, sales productivity programs, forecasting innovation, compensation design, and AI-driven process improvement.
Before joining AWS, Wade spent 17 years in senior leadership roles at Dell Technologies, where he guided multiple global functions, launched new operational frameworks, and earned a reputation for blending data-driven decision making with a people-first leadership style.
Whether developing next-generation sales technologies or coaching emerging leaders, Wade brings a consistent focus: removing complexity, unlocking potential, and helping teams operate at their very best.
